Bangor, buses, bunkers, Browne, business & buns……it’s the Great BorderBizcamp

In usual BorderBizcamp tradition we have an eclectic line up of speakers for this unconventional business sharing platform where varied experience and endeavour is celebrated. This is the 7th year of the event, which last year attracted 200 attendees from 16 counties of Ireland who all come to be inspired, uplifted and informed. It’s a FREE event, but registration is required to secure a place, so book now on www.borderbizcamp.com to avoid disappointment.

The event is supported by the Local Enterprise Office Monaghan and is organised by local business people for the benefit of other business people. On the day you can expect to hear stories of success and failure, triumph and challenge mixed in with lots of passion. For anyone with an interested in business, it’s the place to be, to connect with other like-minded people, to be inspired and motivated by the trials and tribulations of the speakers who will be present.  A very fine collection of 20 speakers with very different perspectives and interests in business including two key note speakers: Journalist & broadcaster Vincent Browne and Global Banker and executive leadership coach John McCormick.  In addition some of the other speakers included in the programme are Aran Blackbourne (Karl Group),  Eavan Rooney (Thrive Occupational Therapy),  Simon Wall, (Architect for Westport, Mayo Co.Co.) and Sinead Devlin (Emergenetics).

“This event attracts a wide range of people with varied backgrounds, and a common interest in business matters and connecting with other like-minded people. Over the past 6 years, this event has consistently been acknowledged as a valuable, high energy, motivational day of inspiration,” said Ruth Daly, one of the organising team. “It gives business owners and potential entrepreneurs the space for reflection, ideas generation, learning and networking.”

This is a FREE event to attend, thanks to the generosity of a large number of BorderBizcamp supporters including Monaghan Local Enterprise Office, Entekra, Monaghan Institute, Enterprising Monaghan, PLATO EBR, McArdles Computer & Office Supplies, CASPAC Packaging, LAC Patrick, Photographs Forever by Barbs, BRIX Workwear, Porkey’s Restaurant & Aura Internet.   Anyone interested in attending is reminded to book early on this page as there is a limit on the number of tickets available for event.
